1. Enrollment and Registration

1. Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment or as per the payment plan communicated in writing.
2. Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject enrollment at its discretion.

2. Payments and Fees

1. All course fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless otherwise approved by the organization.
2. Fees once paid cannot be transferred to another participant or batch unless explicitly permitted.
3. Any materials, tools, or software required for participation are the responsibility of the participant unless otherwise specified.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

3.1 General Policy

No refunds will be provided for participant-initiated withdrawals, incomplete attendance, or no-shows, except where a specific program policy permits it.

3.2 TheDalewordWeft Exclusive Refund Policy

Refunds are available only for courses conducted under TheDalewordWeft. The conditions are:

1. Refund requests must be made within 3 days of payment.
2. Eligible refunds will be processed at 99% of the paid amount (1% retained as processing fee).
3. Refund requests received after the 3-day window will not be considered.
4. Approved refunds will be issued via the same payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

3.3 Program Cancellations

If a course or workshop is canceled or rescheduled by the organization, participants will be notified promptly and either offered a refund or an alternate batch.

4. Course Access and Conduct (Online & Offline)

1. Participants must maintain respectful behavior toward trainers, staff, and fellow learners.
2. Any form of misconduct, including disruption, harassment, or plagiarism, may lead to immediate dismissal without refund.
3. Online content, recordings, or materials are provided for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed.

5. Intellectual Property

1. All course materials — including videos, slides, worksheets, and handouts — are the intellectual property of Spirezen Enterprises.
2. Participants are granted limited, non-transferable access for learning purposes only.
3. Unauthorized use or distribution of materials may lead to legal action.

6. Certificates and Completion

1. Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of sessions, assignments, and attendance requirements.
2. Certificates may be withheld for participants with pending fees or policy violations.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

1. Participant data is collected solely for administrative, academic, and communication purposes.
2. Personal information will not be shared with third parties except when required by law.
3. By enrolling, participants consent to the use of photographs, video recordings, or testimonials for promotional purposes unless opted out in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

1. The organization shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage (physical, financial, or emotional) occurring during participation.
2. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and safety during offline sessions.
3. Online participants are responsible for maintaining internet connectivity and device compatibility; technical issues on their side do not qualify for refunds or extensions.

9. Attendance and Punctuality

1. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for course continuity and certification.
2. Repeated tardiness or absenteeism may affect completion status.
3. Offline participants must adhere to the venue rules, dress code, and timing instructions.

10. Modifications and Updates

1. Spirezen Enterprises reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, TamilNadu.
